MY 1ST CHRISTMAS

On Christmas morning I woke up and Santa had been, there were lots of presents under the tree for Me, Mummy and Daddy.

I didnt want to open presents so Mummy helped me. I liked playing with the toys when they were open.
Here I am i am in the wrapping paper and a pic of all my pressies from Santa and some from my friends.

My favourite new toy on christmas day was Harold the helicopter and my activity walker.
After all the pressies were open, we went in the car to see Grandma and Grandad they gave me another sack of presents, I Liked all my new toys and clothes.
Then after my nap we went to Nanna and grandads where I had yet another sack of presents and more presents from Uncle Lee, Uncle Jason and Auntie Lucy.
We gave everyone pesents too.
We had christmas dinner it was yummy and everyone pulled crackers.

I was a bit unsure most of christmas day and it was all a bit over whelming so I was a bit wingey sometimes and by the end of the day I didnt want to look at another present again. but I enjoyed all the attention from everyone and once I got home I played with all my toys. Thankyou everyone.

2 MORE SLEEPS TO GO!!!

Mummy and Daddy said there are 2 more sleeps to go till santa comes and leaves nice things under the christmas tree.

WHO IS THIS SANTA GUY?

Mummy & Daddy have been telling me about a man called Santa, He comes on christmas eve and leaves nice gifts for children.
Mummy & Daddy put up a tree in the front room and decorated it with tinsel and lights im not quite sure why? but it is fun, I like the lights and the tree feels funny when i touch it.
Today Grandma & Grandad looked after me, I had a good time and I played toys with uncle Daniel.

7 MONTHS TODAY

Im 7 months old today, yesterday I stood up by pulling myself up on the sofa and holding on to Mummys leg. It was very funny but I dont stay up for very long because I just let go and fall over.

....and here I am thinking I will walk to Daddy but my legs are not strong enough to walk yet.

I have had a few bumps on the head since I have been crawling and moving around more.
I got weighed last week and because of my cold and having some sickness last week I lost 5oz so Im now 19lb 10oz but im sure I will gain that weight again this week because I definatly have my appitite back.

CRAWLING IS NOT ENOUGH

I have only been crawling for a few weeks but im already trying to pull myself up to standing, I lean on Mummy or Daddy or the furniture, and i can get on to my knees but not on to my feet yet.

POORLY BABIES

I have a bad cold at the minute and a nasty cough, I dont like coughing because it makes me sick after I have eaten, I have had lots of cuddles with Mummy & Daddy. I have been a bit better today and tried to play.

All my friends are poorly George is very poorly he has croup and has been to hospital because he is finding it hard to breath. Ashton has a cold the same as me, I hope we all get better soon so I can see them soon.

Ashton's 1st Birthday party.

On wednesday Mummy took me to Laura & Ash's house because it was my friend Ashton's 1st Birthday, we gave him a present and a card then I had my lunch, we played with all of Ashtons new toys, Ashton has got lots of toys that I liked playing with. I had great fun.

When I got weighed on Tuesday I was 19lb 15oz, wow Im almost 20lbs. After I got weighed I went to playgroup with George I had a great time playing with all the other children.

CRAWLING!!!

Im on the move now...uh oh! I have been trying very hard to crawl and so far I have been bouncing on my hands and knees then 'belly flopping' to reach my toys. At my Great Nanny & Grandads today I crawled...Mummy was so excited and rang Daddy straight away to tell him. Daddy was very pleased aswell.
Mummy and Daddy now have to buy safety gates before I learn to get to the stairs.

Maggie-May's 2nd Birthday Party

Today I went to Maggie-Mays 2nd birthday party, Mummy got me dressed in my nice smart jeans and a new shirt. I had a lot of fun at the party I took my walker as all the other children could walk or crawl.I played with the toys and balloons I liked it when the other children gave me toys and spoke to me because I like to make friends.
.....I tried a wotsit .....and a chocolate finger it was yummy.

I even had a party bag...which daddy liked because he ate the cake and sweeties in it, but I like the balloon and keep trying to bite it...Mummy said in a minute it will go BANG!
I was very tired after the party and slept all afternoon and went to bed early. I had a very nice day, thankyou Maggie and Auntie Mon.

6 MONTHS TODAY!!!

WOW!!! I am 6 months old today. 1/2 a year already.

HALLOWEEN

On Friday night Mummy dressed me as a pumpkin because she said it was Halloween, Daddy didnt like me being dressed as a pumpkin but I didnt mind because I went to Nanna and Grandpops and when we knocked on the door we said 'Trick or Treat' then they all gave me a milky bar, I had a small bit...It tasted great!

After I had tea at Nanna and Granpops house we went to grandma and grandads house too, they thought I looked cute.

PLAYING BUMPER CARS WITH GEORGE

Last Friday morning George came to our house and we looked after him for a few hours. It was fun because we both went in walkers and bashed into each other, then after dinner we played toys.
George is crawling fast now and I must have beenn watching him because after he left I started getting up on my hands and knees and bobbing up and down, I cant quite crawl yet but I'm trying very hard.

TEETH

My first tooth came through last week (30/10/08), My gums are hurting a lot so I bite and chew anything that fits in my mouth and that seems to help a bit.

PLAYING OUTSIDE (23 WEEKS)

I have had a cold this week and didnt sleep very well, I had lots of snot, sneezing and coughing, I still have it a bit and im finding it hard to breath when I have my bottle or my dummy. Hopefully it will be gone in a few more days.
Mummy took me out for lots of walks in the fresh air as this helped to keep my mind off it and cleared up my cold for a while.

Mummy took me to visit Auntie Julie and Uncle Steve with thier little boy Sam he has just turned 7 years old, they have a big dog called Ellie I really liked her but I think she was a bit affraid of me.

Here I am at Plymbridge, We walked there from our house and then we sat on the grass as it was nice and sunny and warm.

Here I am outside in my walker, It was fun and I liked going fast and into the neighbours garden.

But then Daddy let me roll down the hill and had to run after me, Mummy shouted at Daddy for lettng me go but I just laughed because I liked going fast.

MY FRIEND LAUREN

Today Mummys friend Trudi came to visit with her little girl Lauren. We played toys and then we played 'ring a ring a roses' then we had some lunch.

I had a good time today.

MY NEW FRIEND ABBY AND MY NEW WALKER

I have been to visit Mummys friends Darren and Kelly and their little girl Abby, I like Abby and gave her lots of smiles and then we shared toys. Abby is almost 1 year old and she can walk now so she gave me her walker and another toy too, I really like my new walker it is like a space ship.
I couldnt reach the floor in my other walker, Mummy said its because I have short legs. My new walker is so much better...Thankyou Abby.
I am learning how to bomb about at home now but here I am (below) in Nanna's kitchen trying to grab her fridge magnets.

At my weigh-in this week I was 18lb 7oz.

IN MY TOY BOX...HE HE HE!

Here I am playing with my toys, I couldnt decide what one I wanted to play with and was getting a bit annoyed so Daddy put me in my toy box with all of my toys so I could play with all of them at once. I thought it was very funny!

Im trying really hard to sit up on my own now I can sit up with cusions around me to stop me falling and I can sit up all on my own when I have no nappy on (I'm not allowed to be nappy free for too long though because I make a mess on the carpet).

Im going to get weighed tomorrow because I have been sleeping for 12 hours at night so Mummy and Daddy want to make sure I'm still gaining enough weight.

Mummy has cooked me lots of new tasty meals, This week I have tryed minced beef in bolognese and chicken.

My favourite dinner at the minute is Creamy Chicken and parsnip or Cauliflour cheese...yummy!

I really like wheatabix for breakfast and I also like fromage frais.

Actually I have liked every type of food I have tried so far and I have tryed most things now.

MY OWN ROOM & AT THE BEACH

On Friday Mummy and Daddy took me to Wembury beach, It was my first trip to the beach and I liked playing in the sand...it felt funny on me feet! I didnt paddle my feet in the sea beacuse Mummy said the water was freezing even though it was a nice warm day.

Last night I went to sleep in my own room because since I was born I have slept in Mummy and Daddys room. I was very good and went straight to sleep.

At the moment I like to wake up at about 5am to play but after a little while I fall back to sleep until the morning.

Mummy and Daddy said I slept better in my own room and they are very proud of me.

Im now almost 21 weeks old and last tuesday I weighed 17lb 11 1/2oz...(so I put on 11lbs in just 1 week.) I like my yummy solids and have tryed lots of differnet things, my favourite is parsnip (mummy & daddy dont like parsnip) and im still rolling over...non stop! and I like to pull peoples hair.

19 weeks

Im now 19 weeks old, Mummy and Daddy took me to get weighed this week im now just over 17lb.

My gums are starting to hurt now because my teeth are on the move...ouch!

On Saturday night I stayed up late and we went to Emma's 21st Birthday party (daddys cousin)...here I am with Uncle George at the party.

17 WEEKS

Here I am in my new 'taz' jammys early in the morning with daddy.

Im 17 weeks old today, I havnt been weighed for a few weeks so mummy took me to baby clinic and I am now 16lb 13oz.

Im enjoying my solid foods now and have tried lots of fruit and vegetables...yummy!!!

I have been to visit my friend Hayleigh at her new house, she is a year older than me, I like her because she makes me laugh.

BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND

Here I am with my Mummy and Daddy we walked from Nanna and Grandads to the duck pond at Radford in Plymstock. Mummy and Daddy used to live in Plymstock and said they used to play at Radford when they were little.
Here I am with Mummy, as you can see I like to poke my tongue out when the wind blows in my face. Mummy and Daddy think its because I like to taste the air. On Thursday Mummys cousin Leighann came out and we went on a long walk, we also went to Derriford hospital to see some of Mummys work friends on the ambulances.

On Saturday Mummy and Daddy went to watch the dark night at the cinema so I stayed with Grandma and Grandad, it was good fun I like their doggy she is called Holly. Grandad took me out in the pram while Grandma had her hair done in the salon.

Then on Sunday Mummy took me to visit Nanna and Grandad, Uncle Lee and Uncle Jason..(Auntie Lucy was working) we stayed for lunch then went home to see Daddy.

I CAN ROLL OVER NOW!

All week I been trying really hard to roll over...I managed to get on my side but my left arm gets stuck and I dont go any further so I swing my legs to try and get some rythum going but until today nothing happened....Mummy put me on my back and I just did it..I rolled right over on to my tummy. Mummy and daddy thought it was great.

Daddy had some days off this week so on Friday we went to Grandma and Grandads for tea as it was Grandma's birthday. On Monday we went swimming and I splashed a lot, then Mummy took me to Nanna and Grandads we stayed there for the afternoon and Mummy played mario karts with Uncle Jason and Auntie Lucy.

On Tuesday Mummy and I went to visit Freyah and George, George Is clever because he is trying to say real words now.

14 WEEKS AND MUMMYS BIRTHDAY

On Saturday Mummy was 23 years old so Me and Daddy bought her a card and some presents...I think she liked them especially her nintendo wii because she wont stop playing mario-carts.

Appanently Grandma and Grandad came over on saturday night to look after me while mummy and daddy went out for a meal with Nanna, Grandpops, Uncle Lee, Uncle J, Auntie Lucy, Auntie Leighann, Great Nanny and Grandad and mummys Uncle Mark.....I cant believe they left me behind but I didnt realise because I slept all night.

Then on Sunday it was Auntie Lucys birthday so we went to Plymstock to give her a present, we also visited Great Grandad and Auntie Claire.

Then on Sunday I got to stay up late and we all went to barbican leisure park to play on the arcade games...I liked watching Daddy play pool with Uncle Lee.

Today im 14 weeks old and I weigh 15lb 7oz.
