BBQ TIME!

This weekend we went to have our photo taken so Mummy, Daddy and Me can have a nice photo of the three of us.

Then we went to Grandma and Grandads in Staddiscombe for a BBQ and Uncle Dan was there to see me.

Then today was so hot Mummy and Daddy thought they would have another BBQ at our house to show off our new garden, so we invited Nanna and Grandpops, Uncle Lee, Uncle Jay and Auntie Lucy we all had a good day out in the sunshine eating lots of food. Daddy took my swing out on the grass and I just relaxed in the shade.

Mummy got a bit excited because she had some alcahol for the first time in over a year.

SLEEPY TIME!

Mummy and Daddy were so proud of me on wednesday night as I slept 8 hours in my cot, the only problem was that I like to miss out my 23:30 feed instead of the night feed so I slept from 20:30 till 04:30.

Then on Thursday night I did wake up for my 23:30 feed and then I slept till 06:30 so im getting there.

Mummy has decided to feed me by bottle now because Im so greedy and always hungry, so now I drink my milk and feel full so I sleep better.

BABY CLINIC

Today it was very quiet at baby clinic so Anne our health visitor took some photos of Mummy and Me, then Mummy took some photos of me on the scales I didnt like the scales much today.

I now weigh 14lb 3oz....over a stone!

WATER BABY!

Mummy and Daddy took me swimming this morning it was great fun, the water was a lot colder than at bath time but I didnt seem to care, I just splashed and thought I could walk on the water. I cant wait to go swimming again.

Sorry no photos of me swimming yet but we will post some soon. Here I am in the bath instead.

LEARNING ALL THE TIME

I have been a very busy boy learning new skills, Mummy and Daddy have been teaching me to hold things in my hands and now I can grab things on my own.

JUST BEING SILLY

My Daddy makes me laugh a lot and I smile and laugh at him all the time, Here is a photo of me with a nappy on my head?????? Daddy thought it was very funny but Mummy thought it was more funny when I did a wee all over him, she said it served him right for messing around when he was supposed to be changing my nappy.

Here is another photo of me, Uncle Jay was holding me but I think he was a bit unsure of what to do when I started crying so gave me back to Mummy.

10 WEEKS OLD

Im now 10 weeks old and when I got weighed I had gained another 4 1/2 oz which is not as much as previous weeks but Im quite big already this means Im 13lb 12 1/2 oz so next time I get weighed I might be over a stone.

I have been waking up a lot at night and have been feeding every 2 hours - Mummy and Daddy thought it must be another growth spurt but because it has lasted over a week and Mummy thinks she probably isnt making enough milk, so she is going to start giving me a little bit of formula milk aswell. Mummy is a bit sad because she wanted to breast feed me for a lot longer so she has decided she will still breast feed me for as long as she can but will make sure im full with some formula at the end of each feed.

Last weekend I went to My Nanna's Birthday buffett it was good fun and I laughed at Mummy playing on the Wii boxing with Uncle Lee and Nanna.

This weekend I have been invited to a 1st birthday party on Saturday and Mummy and Daddy are planning to take me swimming on Sunday morning, I think Im going to enjoy it because I love going in the bath and get very excited when I see the water.

MY FRIEND GEORGE

I had a fun day today because Mummy took me to visit her friend Freyah and my friend George.

Mummy had a cup of tea and biscuits and I had MILK, but George is a few months older than me so he had chicken and sweet potato for his lunch...it looked very interesting and I watched George eat it all up. I hope I can have some yummy food like that soon but at the moment im only allowed milk.

When we got home Mummy took me to the doctors and I had to see the nice nurse she talked to me and made me laugh and smile but then........she stuck a big needle in my leg and I cried for a few seconds and then stopped but then the nurse put another needle in my other leg and I cried some more, so mummy gave me my dummy and lots of cuddles and I fell asleep.....Mummy said I was very brave.

I dont really understand but Mummy said the needles will stop me from getting poorly when im older.

THIS WEEKS WEIGH IN

This week I got weighed and have gained another 6 oz so im 13lb 8oz.

I have been visiting all my grandparents this week and Mummy and Auntie Lucy took me in town for some shopping they spent too much money on lots of things for me.

Mummy and Daddy are not looking forward to taking me to the doctors tomorrow for my first immunisations but they know its for the best...will update about how it goes later.

ANOTHER WEIGH-IN

Hello everyone, just to let you all know I went to get weighed today and have gained 13 oz in a week so im now 13lb 1( 1/2oz).

Last week I had my 6-8 week check up I got measured and I'm also very tall/long because I'm 62cm.
