ANY DAY NOW !

Here's mummy at just over 39 weeks, Baby Thompson could arrive any day now and we cant wait.
Mummy looks massive in this photo, daddy calls her a space hopper.
Mummy is enjoying her time off work and getting as much sleep/rest as possible before baby arrives, Baby is very active and does not seem to sleep much (lets hope this will change once its born).

The hospital bag is all ready to go but no signs yet
Im due this Thursday (May 1st) ... wonder if baby realises its supposed to come out soon?

PREPARING THE NURSERY

Mummy and Daddy spent quite a long time making up the nursery furniture this weekend as it was easter bank holiday.

Daddy lost his temper making the cot and then broke the radiator, but once the furniture was all

done Mummy finished it by filling it with all the baby stuff.

Mummy and Daddy are very proud of the nursery.

Now nearly 35 weeks so getting very close to due date, still have plenty of things to do before baby arrives though so hope it does not decide to come early.

daddy getting some early practice

Today Freyah and Baby George came to visit, he is now 6 weeks old.

Billy held George and looked very comfortable with a new baby but didnt like the fact that George cant hold his own head up yet because it made him more fragile. :-)

But im sure when the time comes ( 9 weeks left) he will be brilliant.

Nearly 31 weeks pregnant now and counting down the days to leave work as Mummy is getting very tired now and very large.

Mummy and Daddy have bought lots of baby things now ready for the new arrival and the nursery is nearly finished.

28 WEEKS

Mummy and Daddy are getting more and more excited that the due date is getting closer. Mummy cant wait to leave work in 5 weeks to chill out and visit some friends before baby is here because there will be no time for relaxing after.
Baby is very active in mummys belly now and Daddy watches and feels when baby kicks.

25 weeks pregnant

Now baby kicks mummy all the time but when daddy wants to feel the kicks...baby stops!
Baby is growing well and wakes up when mummy is trying to sleep.

19 weeks pregnant

After much thought (and daddy persuading mummy) we decided not to find out if our baby is a boy or girl as we thought a suprise at the end would be nice.
When the scan was taking place baby had tired out after kicking mummy so much that morning it was yawning on the screen.
We were very excited to see our little baby's face.

Here is our beautiful baby

17 weeks pregnant

This is when mummy first felt the little baby move inside her tummy, not quite a kick yet.
